Saturdays

Advent HOPE meets from 9:00-11:00 AM on Saturday mornings. During the first hour, we divide into small groups and discuss the weekly Sabbath School lesson. Other Bible classes also occur at this time. The second hour contains a song service, announcements about local events and outreach opportunities, and a mini-sermon.

There is also a weely potluck luncheon for all of our members and guests. Bring a dish and enjoy lively Christian fellowship with your meal!

We also frequently hold afternoon events, such as hiking in the mountains, lounging at an area park, and singing for the residents at area retirement homes. Watch for weekly announcements in our newsletter and bulletin.

Fridays

Singing Bands occurs on Friday nights, where we gather in small groups at the Loma Linda University Medical Center to sing and pray with patients. Singing Bands meets in the LLUMC lobby at 7:00 PM.

Wednesdays

We have a weekly Prayer Meeting at Burden Hall on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00 PM. Come for a mid-week spiritual refresher. It is a time to sing, pray, share and hear brief inspirational talks and testimonies of what God is doing in the lives of your brothers and sisters in Christ. "And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." Heb 10:24-25
